We make every Side II item to order. Once you place an order, it is sent to one of our production partners to be made especially for you.
U.S. Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is free. Because our products are made to order, please allow time for both production and delivery. Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout include the best information available at the time you order.
Production Times
Most orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Production time can vary depending on the item, production partner, order volume and time of year. Holiday periods and other high-volume seasons may take a little longer.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, we'll send it to the email address associated with your order. Tracking may take a little time to update after a shipping label is created.
Multiple Items
Some Side II products may be produced at different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages or on different days. You won't be charged additional standard shipping because an order ships separately.
International Shipping
International availability and shipping options may vary by product and destination. Any available shipping charges and estimated delivery information will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
