SHIPPING POLICY

Most Side II Supply Co. products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed rather than pulled from pre-existing inventory.

U.S. SHIPPING

Side II Supply Co. currently offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders, unless otherwise noted on the product or during checkout.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production and delivery times can vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, carrier volume, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control. Any delivery dates or timeframes shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some products may be produced or fulfilled at different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at admin@sideiisupply.com. Because made-to-order products can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Side II Supply Co. is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. However, if you experience a delivery problem, please contact us and we will help determine what options may be available.

LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact us at admin@sideiisupply.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.

We will review genuine fulfillment and delivery problems individually and work to make things right when appropriate.

Please do not return an item to the address shown on the shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability, rates, delivery times, duties, taxes, and import charges may vary by product and destination and will be reflected during checkout when international delivery is available.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country that are not collected during checkout.
